  • Payments for webinars are fully refundable if the cancellation request is submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled webinar.
  • Any request made within 24 hours of the event is not eligible for a refund.

 

CV & Cover Letter Services

 

  • All payments for CV drafting, cover letter drafting, or combined document services are non-refundable.
  • This applies regardless of project stage, as the work begins immediately after payment.

 

Courses

 

  • Course payments are fully refundable within 24 hours of payment.
  • After the 24-hour window, no refunds will be issued as the application will have been forwarded to the course provider.

 

Airport Pickups

 

  • Payments for airport pickup services are strictly non-refundable, regardless of timing or circumstances.

 

 

How to Request a Refund

 

 

  • Refund requests must be submitted by email to our support team.
  • Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method and allow 3 working days until the funds reflect in your bank account.
  • Write as the subject REFUND followed by the payment ID that is attached on your Payment receipt.
